Franklin Allen
Leads ASQ Rochester’s initiatives and provides strategic direction for the chapter. Franklin is known for bringing extensive experience in quality leadership and process improvement.
Secretary
Brian Silvestri
Oversees records, meeting minutes, and organizational documentation. Brian works as an Account Executive at Wavefront Software, applying quality principles to software solutions and client operations.
Treasurer
Eric Alden
Manages the chapter’s finances, ensuring transparency and accountability. Eric recently retired from Xerox Corporation, and is actively building his legacy through All Done Analytics LLC. as a Quality Professional. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, CQE, CRE and ASQ Fellow. He brings decades of experience in quality and reliability engineering.

Matthew Triplett
Maintains the website and digital presence for ASQ Rochester. Matt currently manages the aerospace customers of Triplett Machine, with decades of hands on experience.
